Orders
- All orders are final sale.
- Returns and refunds are not accepted.
- Please make sure all your order and shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with the original packaging intact.
- Saaj India reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the exchange conditions.
Shipping
- Orders generally take approximately 10–15 working days for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service.
Handmade Products
Each Saaj India handmade or hand-painted product is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, print, pattern, or artwork may occur because of the handcrafted nature of the product.
Such variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully check their shipping information before placing an order.
Saaj India will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
