At Saaj India, we carefully pack and ship every order so that your product reaches you safely and in good condition.
- Orders are generally delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please make sure that your name, phone number, and complete shipping address are correct before placing your order.
- Once the order has been shipped, the delivery will be handled by our courier/delivery partner.
- Saaj India is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
- All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
- We kindly request you to check the product carefully after delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact.
- An exchange request may be refused if the product does not meet these conditions.
- Please contact Saaj India as soon as possible if you wish to request an exchange.
Handmade Products
Our products are handmade and, in some cases, hand-painted. Because each piece is created individually, slight variations in colour, texture, print, pattern, or artwork may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects.
